Evolution is Infinite

Look, let me explain something. Humans will not exist in 1000 years. One of two things will happen. Either we will destroy ourselves with war or AI. Or we’ll merge with AI/computers and become machines; we will become silicon based life. Or go extinct. When you factor in the unstoppable advancement of technology there are no other logical outcomes. So yes. A Type III civilization would be god-like. Arthur C Clark said it best. “Any sufficiently advanced technology would be indistinguishable from magic. Humans are not even close to Type I civilization yet. If we don’t destroy ourselves, Post-humans however [READ MORE]

Could There Have Been Technologically Advanced Civilizations on Earth Before Humans?

I look at this and see the earth is growing in size. These sedimentary layers exists all over the planet. Yet scientists insist the earth is NOT growing in size. (they believe that most of the material burns up in the upper atmosphere) Yet, about 100 hundred tons of meteoritic material (space dust) impacts earth every single DAY. "...Every day, Earth is bombarded with more than 100 tons of dust and sand-sized particles..." SOURCE: NASA NOTE: Scientists believe that most of these particles burn up completely in the upper atmosphere, and that's what causes meteors; the bright "shooting stars" we [READ MORE]

Interstellar travel is an anti-intellectual pipe dream

2022-05-11T20:21:35+00:00By |AI, Aliens, Astronomy, Cosmology, Evolution, Mystery, Philosophy, Physics, Rants, Science, Science Fiction, Technology|

Yet another reason interstellar travel is a pipe dream for biological life. You know...like humans. We're not gonna do it. Get over it. It's unrealistic, impractical and poses too many health risks to humans (biological life forms). Humans evolved in a 1G environment with a nitrogen/oxygen air mixture. In other words, we evolved to live on earth, a planet. We are not evolved for space travel. We can still take short hops from planet to planet, spend a little time in space without much adverse effects. However, prolonged exposure to microgravity does bad things to the human body. A lot [READ MORE]

My Catamaran Design 2.0

2022-05-09T17:29:40+00:00By |Blog|

My SolarCat or SolCat™ - I'm not that great a 3D designer, but I think this gets the point across about my idea for a solar powered cat. A liveaboard boat, kind of a catamaran/houseboat hybrid. Using all new tech and composite hull. Foam core. Unsinkable.   The center part, main living quarters below the main deck, an upper observation deck, and a roof you can walk around on and sunbathe and just hang out and party. The twin hulls are designed to cut through the waves rather than go over them. And the pontoons are wide enough with enough [READ MORE]

My Catamaran Design: SolarCat or SolCat

2022-05-04T16:45:59+00:00By |3D|

This is my 3D rendering of a solar powered catamaran I want to build. The whole thing would be solar powered with large electric motor and battery backup system. It would also have multiple vertical wind turbines to help generate power to the batteries as well. It's probably about 33 feet in length, though it could be bigger or smaller. Given the scale of the bridge, it's likely 33 feet or so long by about 15' or so wide.

Humans Will Never Travel Beyond Our Solar System

2022-05-03T17:34:13+00:00By |Blog|

The more I learn about the universe the more I believe that human beings will never travel to another star system. And I think this holds true throughout the universe for other alien civilizations as well. But for that to be true, one must first assume aliens exist. Fermi asked the question "Where is everyone?" referring to extraterrestrial life in the universe. Where is everyone? is a great question. We've been looking and listening for signs of life outside our planet and our star system for a a while now, relative to our existence and scientific technological advancement. In cosmic [READ MORE]

On Art and About My Art

2022-01-26T19:21:15+00:00By |Art, Business, Cryptocurrency, Ethereum, NFT|

Ok, I'm jumping in with both feet into the art NFT blockchain Ethereum thing. In the meantime, I gotta sell some work, and quite possibly get a fucking job to eat and pay bills while I get this thing going. Most successful artists have a "THING" they do. Not so much a gimmick, but their STYLE and what they do and how they work and what they produce. All artists evolve their work over time. Always. Art is evolving. Infinitely. Always changing, never static. Art is dynamic. Constantly changing form. I think humanity is without art is lost. I also [READ MORE]

Quantum Life Hypothesis: Biological Life Merges With Technology Eventually Evolving Into Quantum Life

The Fermi Paradox is, in it's elementary explanation, a simple question; "Where is everyone?". If the universe is capable of developing life independently on planets in habitable zones (where liquid water can form;which is the basic building block of life) around their respective stars, then why isn't there evidence of the universe teeming with life? Why isn't the universe filled with aliens we can see everywhere we look? Enrico Fermi posited the question "Where is everyone?" as a simple question at a lunch with colleagues one day, and it has stuck with us since. It's become a paradox. It's a [READ MORE]

Why I think humans will never reach another star system

2021-12-25T18:54:53+00:00By |Astronomy, Blog, Cosmology, Economics, Philosophy, Physics, Science, Technology, Universe|

Interstellar travel is a delusional pipe dream. Microgravity does terrible things to the human body. Unless we figure out a way to make artificial gravity (no, a spinning disk is not enough) humans will likely never travel to another star system. Interstellar travel is not practical and not plausible because biological life forms are fragile and inefficient. Humans are not evolved for space. Even inside a spacecraft we're at the mercy of gravity (microgravity) and the effects of that on our bodies. We could not survive a generation-long trip to another star system, and even if we did survive, we'd [READ MORE]

Meals Are a Time-Suck!

Meals Are a Time-Suck! Eating food requires thought and time. Time and thought that I'd rather devote to studying. I read A LOT. Probably 8-10 hours a day I'm either reading articles, white papers, scientific studies, abstracts, etc. I waste quite a bit of time on Facebook with memes and ranting about stupid people, but mostly I spend my time reading. I'm addicted to information. I love to learn things. I like learning about the universe, physical science, astronomy, cosmology, physics, economics, chemistry, political science, and business.   My point is I spend a lot of time reading about about [READ MORE]

Rogue planets might pose more danger to earth than asteroids

2021-12-18T22:42:35+00:00By |Astronomy, Cosmology, Evolution, Science, Technology, Universe|

Rogue planets might pose more danger to earth than asteroids in our own solar system because they could show up unannounced and without warning. It's very difficult to find them out there in the blackness of space. Seriously. Rogue planets are free-floating planets that were ejected from the solar systems either by their star or by another larger planet in their star system. It's very difficult to find rogue planets, but they're out there, traveling across the galaxy and tens of thousand of MPH. If one happens to enter our solar system it could cause massive disturbances in our own [READ MORE]

HUMANS Will Probably Never Achieve Warp Drives or Interstellar Travel

2021-12-18T22:19:34+00:00By |AI, Astronomy, Cosmology, Philosophy, Physics, Science, Science Fiction, Technology|

If warp drives are possible then AI will be what discovers how to do it. Not humans. Only with something that doesn't exist (negative matter). I love it! We're so desperate to not be trapped here on earth in this solar system that we'll try to think of any way we can to travel to another star system. It's not going to happen. The greatest minds the world has ever known have tried to solve this problem and it seems, thus far, unsolvable. Sorry. But interstellar travel is likely impossible. Unless we find this magic anti-matter negative matter that somehow [READ MORE]
