This is my 3D rendering of a solar powered catamaran I want to build. The whole thing would be solar powered with large electric motor and battery backup system. It would also have multiple vertical wind turbines to help generate power to the batteries as well. It's probably about 33 feet in length, though it could be bigger or smaller. Given the scale of the bridge, it's likely 33 feet or so long by about 15' or so wide.
Yeah, I don't know, it's the title I came up with. Don't ask. Cool render though, I think. If you like it cool, if not, oh well. Might be a little too blue...I usually like darker art, but this one is kinda cool. Played around in Photoshop for a bit and primarily used the Camera Raw Filter, which is basically just scaled down Lightroom Classic inside Photoshop. For the render in Blender I used Cycles with a Glare node in compositing and used a vertical plane with a BSDF shader with increased emission settings to provide the light. The cubes [READ MORE]
Yeah...for some damn reason I seem to be doing this whole everyday thing creating art everyday. Though that's not what I'm trying to do, I'm just learning 3D. Everyday. lol Anyway, this is a render in Blender Cycles. A simple default cube in a pile of cubes on a reflective surface for no apparent reason other than I can and was inspired by Beeple's cube he posted not long ago. Anyway, here it is. There are multiple versions, this is the best one. I may post the rest of them in this post...I may not. Depends on if I feel [READ MORE]
Call Of Duty, you guys should know better! Seriously? After like 20 years of FPS games do you not know that the cartridge is not the BULLET that flies through the air as you have it dpicted in the video promotion for your new anti-cheat platform? Come on! You guys of all people should know better. Seriously this is an amateur mistake usually from people who know nothing about firearms or how they work. Here's the link to the original video on Facebook. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AqkbSCmvhWk I get it, you gotta do something about cheaters online. It's very important to make your [READ MORE]
Most intense render yet. I thought my computer was gonna explode with how loud it got processing the render. I think it turned out pretty good. For a beginner anyway. Clear glass and light and shadow is very GPU and CPU intensive when rendering shit like this, so I figured why not use the default cube in Blender and put my glassman guarding the great cube of light. lol Cycles render with glare HIGH RESOLUTION VERSION: 8MB PNG Cycles render without glare HIGH RESOLUTION VERSION: 8MB PNG
This is just a simple Blender render using Cycles engine, OptiX denoising and some default free textures on BlenderKit online 3D assets. Mainly I just want to understand the rendering process better without having to worry about creating textures, this way I know how the textures display/work backwards from the finished product. This first image is WITHOUT the Cycles Glare compositing. This image is with Cycles Glare compositing. Thanks for looking. ***
