FULL SLAB-O-RIBS! (QUICK Version) 250 degrees for 3.5 hours, seasoned to taste with my special dry rub, NO BBQ sauce until DONE! That’s how you do RIBS! – So I decided to make ribs. Was in the mood. Partly because they were one sale at the grocery store. Partly because I was really in the mood for some fall of the bone tender home cooked juicy, seasoned to perfection RIBS! Enjoy…Oh, and NO! I’m not telling you what seasonings I use in the dry rub. 😉 Technically you need to cook them for 8-12 hours at 200-220 degrees.
